Here is a recipe for Egg curry using our Tomato Chutney. A quick shout-out to @Aman for sending this is easy and amazing 🙂 


  • 4 hardboiled eggs – sliced into halves
  • 1 jar of Zesteez Tomato Chutney
  • Any vegetable like squash or zucchini
  • 1 tbsp of  olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Cilantro (optional)


  1. Dice the squash or zucchini
  2. In a pan, heat the oil and add the squash/zucchini. Saute for a few mins until tender. Add a pinch of salt to bring out the flavors
  3. Add a jar of the Tomato Chutney to the sauteed veggies and let it simmer for a few minutes. The spices in the Chutney give the Egg curry it’s dominant taste/flavor
  4. Turn of the heat and add the sliced boiled eggs
  5. Garnish with black pepper and cilantro
  6. Enjoy it on a bed of rice!!
